📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support for complex Oracle ERP issues • Troubleshoot and resolve critical system problems that lower-level support tiers cannot solve • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues • Create and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting procedures • Collaborate with Oracle support and Jira development teams for escalated issues • Manage and prioritize multiple high-priority tickets simultaneously • Provide guidance and mentorship to level 1 and 2 support staff • Conduct regular system health checks and proactive maintenance • Develop custom scripts in support of break fixes • Stay updated on the latest Oracle ERP features, best practices, and industry trends • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support as needed • Liaise between IT and business units to ensure alignment of Oracle ERP functionality with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting/finance or Oracle EBS certification or relevant degree • Ability to obtain a Favorable Public Trust suitability determination (CoPT) and U.S. Citizenship • Five plus Years of IT experience • High level understanding of Federal Accounting • Prior experience in the DOD/Federal Government environment • Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 • Demonstrated functional knowledge of: Procure to Pay (P2P): Purchasing, Accounts Payable; Prospect to Order (P2O): Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Management; Order to Cash (O2C): Inventory, Accounts Receivable; Budget to Report (B2R): Federal Administrator, General Ledger • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills • Proficient in productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
