📋 Description
• Join a fast-paced Agile development program as a key ServiceNow Platform Architect. • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions spanning Strategic Portfolio Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Service Management modules. • Drive digital transformation initiatives and optimize service delivery across the JTMS organization. • Establish and enforce ServiceNow development standards, naming conventions, and architectural patterns. • Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators on platform capabilities and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience • Active Secret clearance • 10+ years in IT with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience • 5+ years architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions • Proven experience implementing SPM, ITOM, and ITSM modules in production environments • Deep understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in fast-paced development environment
