• Drive the development and success of healthcare ambulatory software products. • Manage one or more products and lead initiatives to enhance solutions for outpatient care environments. • Lead cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact features and drive strategic initiatives. • Help define the product strategy and roadmap for assigned products. • Define and prioritize product features based on user needs and market trends. • Coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams for successful product delivery. • Analyze market data and user feedback for product improvements. • Manage product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, including requirements gathering and launch. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams for product adoption. • Prepare and present product performance reports and metrics. • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, software engineering or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in practice management and in product management or business analysis. • Proven track record of successful product launches and management. • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. • Experience with ambulatory care software or EHR systems preferred.
