📋 Description

• Lead the organization’s revenue cycle operations • Develop and execute the operational strategy for RCM • Ensure successful delivery of contractual obligations, client SLAs, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics • Manage offshore partners/vendors and stateside resources • Develop, prioritize, and implement business processes for continuous improvement • Supervise management team to ensure compliance with laws and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare, or similar experience • 8+ years of experience working with multiple levels of leaderships within a healthcare environment • Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management best practices • Knowledge and understanding of business processes and drivers for large providers • Knowledge and understanding of contract negotiations
