📋 Description

• Spearhead Sales and Account Management teams to drive market expansion and client retention • Lead acquisition of new logos and expansion of existing accounts • Design and implement sales processes aligned with business objectives • Manage client lifecycle from onboarding through expansion focusing on long-term value • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and account teams with clear goals and benchmarks • Develop and execute strategies to grow accounts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients and coordinate internal teams for service delivery • Address and resolve client issues and escalations strategically • Drive new business through networking and referral generation • Actively participate in selling B2B services and strategic deals

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in a client-facing role within a fast-paced, tech-based and data-driven environment • 7+ years of leadership experience • Proven track record in establishing and optimizing sales processes in competitive B2B services markets • Experience implementing Revenue Operations (RevOps) • Exceptional communication skills • Commitment to delivering superior client service • Fluency in English and Spanish • Demonstrated collaborative skills • Proven experience building and scaling in-house sales and account teams (not through external consulting) • Hands-on experience selling B2B services (highly valued) • Nice to have: experience interacting daily with high-level technical stakeholders • Nice to have: technical background, particularly in software development or technical recruiting
