• Manage the deployment of TrueCapture® in Europe, following the guidelines established in customer contracts, acting as both Project and Contract Manager. • Lead deployment of TrueCapture from initiation to commissioning for utility scale solar power plants across Europe region • Manage the True Capture application period under the terms defined in contracts: - Implement/support performance evaluations and maintain control of annual payments throughout the period. - Conduct site visits when necessary. - Control and manage material shipments, always seeking the best logistical alternatives. • Collaborate cross functionally with various departments including Sales, Engineering, R&D, Accounting and Finance to fulfill contractual and technical requirements of TrueCapture engagements. • Provide pre-sales support including review of drone flight service quotes, logistics and materials quotes • Interface with: Customers and Engineering Procurement and Construction companies (EPCs) to plan network configuration and compliance with the Nextpower specifications • Customers to conduct drone flights at solar power plants for site specific topological data analytics while complying with region specific drone flight regulations • Work with Engineering teams to troubleshoot TrueCapture behavior by analyzing drone flight data and deploying adjusted parameters to optimize performance • Manage the technical energy generation guarantee program as established in contracts (measurement and verification), applying charges according to the proven benefits. • Develop and implement automated control tools. • Present and be responsible for managing Forecast and Revenue on a 12-month horizon, maintaining data and billing within the company’s ERP system. • Manage contracts (schedule, scope, budget, financials, and revenue recognition). • Coordinate internal resources (across different countries) and third parties/suppliers for the flawless execution of multiple projects. • Support the development of service providers for drones, sensor installation, and related materials. • Measure service quality, control costs, and response times. • Always maintain two or more active suppliers and ensure business viability with multiple providers. • Implement the Business System Intelligence concept within your area of responsibility to improve KPIs. • Manage and maintain inventory levels in Europe according to forecasts, always ensuring alignment between business units and global procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Data Science, Systems Analysis, Mathematics, etc. • Project Management or Data Science experience highly appreciated. • Strong expertise in problem analysis, decision-making, and solution design; Business System Intelligence automation, RPA; Data Science; performance control tools. • Experience in Compliance and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) tools • Proven leadership and people management skills; client portfolio management; financial planning and control; Product Lifecycle Management (PLM); Technology & Capacity Roadmap Management; project management techniques (PMBOK and/or Agile methodologies). • Knowledge of: Photovoltaic Systems; Tax Applications; Foreign Trade (export, import, shipping, legislation, and international logistics); Cyber Security & VPN; ticketing platforms, spare parts, and document management; Work in Energized Areas. • Familiarity with quality tools and working in outdoor environments. • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Visio, MS Project, and MS Power BI. • Fluent English and Spanish.
