📋 Description

• Responsible for improving the overall experience for Vendors & Delivery Managers • Ensure vendors clearly understand the delivery schedules & delivery managers are apprised timely • Communicate protocols across the value chain • Perform supplier allocations based on Customer schedules • Analyze Item level forecast/demand vs Capacity to signal any potential supply Risks • Provide early alerts to Delivery Managers for any supplier gaps on Delivery Schedules • Manage supplier relationships & ensure Vendor OTD (On-Time Delivery) • Host weekly supplier meetings • Participate in quarterly supplier QBRs • Support testing and adoption of Anaplan

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field with (8-10) years of experience in Supply Planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry • Experience with planning methodologies (e.g., S&OP, Demand Planning, Strategic Planning) • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices • Expert MS EXCEL Skills leveraging Power Query, Power Pivots, Solvers etc.
