📋 Description
• Monitor and coordinate implementation of business system programs with our business system team • Coordinate with the trade compliance team • Benchmark existing business systems with best options on the market and suggest new developments • Stay aware of state-of-the-art business systems for Supply Chain • Ensure a comprehensive organization of processes for the department and manage it to drive impact on the business and continuous improvement • Ensure correct training and communication of processes • Drive our department KPI program • Representing Supply Chain in the region • Periodically review UAE entity Supply Chain strategy and KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• Solid structuring and analytical skills • Advanced managerial skills in a multi-cultural environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to report and present a strategy at executive level • Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) • Fluent oral and written communications in English • Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results • Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly • Ability to work with customs data • Autonomous • Bachelor’s degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience • Experience working in an international environment
