📋 Description

• Work on end to end designs for growth initiatives across our ecosystem, including desktop and app experiences. • Conduct research and analyse data to uncover friction points and opportunities across our users lifecycle. • Design and iterate experiments to improve activation, engagement and retention. • Collaborate cross functionally with Product Management, Engineering and Community to define hypotheses and measure impact. • Work quickly to produce prototypes ranging from low-fidelity flows and wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive UI designs. The ability to prototype using code is a bonus. • Develop and refine design systems to ensure consistency as features evolve. • Advocate for accessibility and usability, especially for new or upcoming modding users. • Engage with the modding community to understand creator and user needs, motivations and pain points.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in product design, UX/UI design, or growth-focused design roles. • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design, measurable impacts and growth initiatives. • Experience working on consumer facing digital products, ideally in UGC platforms. • Ability to translate complex systems into intuitive, accessible experiences. • Proficiency with Figma. • Experience collaborating in cross functional product teams in agile environments. • Experience designing across mobile web and desktop surface. Desktop app experience is a bonus. • Understands engineering and can build prototypes to communicate ideas (Framer, Loveable, Cursor, Figma, code etc…). • **Bonus Skills ** • Experience in revenue, growth, acquisition, and conversion product areas. • Experience using Github for issues tracking. • An understanding of games modding and knowledge of Nexus Mods. • A love of computer games.
