📋 Description

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Vulnerability Response • Handle ServiceNow implementation in Security operations • Integrate Vulnerability response applications with external tools • Build and customize workflows for service requests • Conduct system and integration testing with sample and live data • Monitor health and compliance of applications

🎯 Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience with Vulnerability Response modules • ServiceNow implementation experience in Security operation - Vulnerability Response • Working experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) • Working experience in configuring Vulnerability response applications • Configuration/Customization of Service Now system • Build service requests from customer requirements • Uses scripting tools to automate tasks in Service Now • Perform integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration • Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with Service-now platform
