📋 Description

• Collaborate with the other Developers, Tech Lead, Technical Artists, and creative stakeholders to design and implement real-time immersive demo experiences. • Own the implementation of interaction mechanics, UI elements, and spatial features across short-cycle prototypes. • Build rapid MVPs using Android Studio, Kotlin, Jetpack compose and modern XR SDKs. • Translate creative direction into performant and visually compelling technical output. • Prototype and test features across a variety of devices and screen contexts. • Debug, optimize, and polish code for stability and fluid visual output—even when working with placeholder systems. • Contribute to documentation and technical insight to inform future product team development.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally with 2+ years working in XR, games, or immersive media environments. • Strong skills in Kotlin or similar modern languages, and hands-on experience with spatial development workflows. • Strong creative instincts and an ability to bridge technical and visual goals. • A maker mentality: quick to prototype, comfortable with iteration, and eager to try new tools or approaches. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced team. • Flexibility and resourcefulness in working with incomplete or experimental SDKs and tooling.
