📋 Description

• Managing the coordination of the support systems for the academic programs within Nursing and General Education • Managing communication with faculty to ensure credentialing requirements are established within 30 days of new hire • Managing licensure tracking and updating to ensure an accurate reflection of faculty CVs and compliance with accreditation and regulation standards • Ensuring the function understands the criteria for distinguishing at-risk learners • Managing the auditing process for faculty compliance and licensure, attendance and grading • Overseeing all HESI violations and communicating outcomes • Communicating with all relevant stakeholders every grade change • Participating in regularly scheduled meetings to support cross functional collaboration • Maintaining and analyzing the reporting for the function to develop business processes and make recommendations • Uncovering patterns of concerns and collaborating cross-functionally to implement solutions and train appropriate parties • Developing, delivering, and refining onboarding on-going developmental trainings • Participating in the successful implementation of other functional projects

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree from an accredited institution of higher learning • At least five years of experience as a people leader • At least five years of experience in healthcare background involving medical terminology is required • Demonstrated experience developing processes and procedures based on trends analysis • Some experience with Canvas or another LMS is preferred
