📋 Description
• Seeking a Compliance & Licensing professional to manage all regulatory and licensing obligations across our operating states. • This role is critical to ensuring we meet both federal and state-level compliance requirements as we grow our lending operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience managing compliance and licensing for a mortgage lender or broker • Able to serve as designated Compliance and/or AML Officer as required by certain states • Familiarity with NMLS, SAFE Act, and multi-state regulatory requirements • Highly organized and detail-oriented
