🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related field is preferred. • Strong communication and active listening skills. • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. • High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
