• The Loan Servicing Specialist will manage the subservicing process, wire funds, maintain documents, audit reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in mortgage lending and loan servicing. • Strong understanding of loan servicing workflows, including subservicing. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Knowledge of regulatory standards in loan servicing. • Experience with Encompass loan origination software. • Previous work experience with Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. (DMI) preferred.
