📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (e.g.: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune). • Manage Azure resources including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity governance. • Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS/DHCP, and hybrid identity solutions. • Monitor and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V). • Administer network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls. • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management. • Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure planning and lifecycle management. • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing. • Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. • Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and scheduled maintenance, may include occasional weekends.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years in systems administration with hybrid-cloud environments. • BA Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert) preferred. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and enterprise monitoring tools. • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
