📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software systems • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and code reviews • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope • Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and scalability • Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and deployment • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 4-6 years of experience in software development, with a focus on SaaS operations and distributed systems • Expertise in multiple programming languages and tech stacks, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures • Advanced skills with front-end architecture and back-end micro-services • Cross-platform or native mobile development experience • Proven experience with API development and event driven systems • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering high-quality software.
