📋 Description
• Support contract negotiations and management • Provide valuable paralegal and administrative support across multiple functional areas • Review and approve standard nondisclosure, sales, and promotional contract terms • Serve as the primary legal operations point of contact for Sales and Channel teams • Maintain accurate contract records, templates, and playbooks across global jurisdictions • Coordinate notarization, apostille, and document legalization processes
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a paralegal or legal operations role • Previous experience working in a tech, SaaS, or fast-growing international company • Experience with nondisclosure and commercial contract review and lifecycle management • Proficiency in contract management tools such as Ironclad or DocuSign • Legal education or paralegal certification in the U.S. legal system • Familiarity with trade compliance, sanctions screening, and privacy regulations • Understanding of employment law documentation and insurance-related legal processes
