📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with accounting standards. • Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger. • Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts every month. • Monitor cash flow and support cash management activities. • Set up projects and prepare accurate customer invoices based on signed contracts and project milestones. • Track collections and follow up professionally with customers regarding outstanding invoices. • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Support tax filings, government remittances, and regulatory reporting requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and payroll. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
