📋 Description

• Provide strategic information on proper messaging, decision-makers, and bidding opportunities for clients. • Advise on engagement strategies with municipal, provincial, and federal infrastructure bodies • Offer industry insights on market trends, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations for positioning • Credibility-building with potential clients (e.g., participate in key meetings, webinars, and white papers) • Introduce Niricson to relevant stakeholders and potential partners such as utility operators, water authorities, and dam safety regulators • Collaborate on industry events, speaking opportunities, or roundtables where relevant • Offer independent feedback on product-market fit and key customer pain points • Provide introductions to key decision makers and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in hydroelectric power generation, dam safety, water infrastructure asset management, or public sector leadership • Former Director, Executive, or Asset Owner in a relevant agency or organization • Deep understanding of government procurement processes and operational realities of asset management • Respected in the industry, with an established professional network • Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor • Comfortable working independently under a services agreement (not as an employee)
