• NoGigiddy is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to join our remote team. • Build and maintain relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively. • Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring all client information is up to date. • Identify and resolve client issues proactively, ensuring a positive client experience. • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements. • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met. • Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with the necessary resources and information to get started. • Gather and relay client feedback to improve our services and client experience.
