📋 Description

• Lead the charge to bring new SaaS products or capabilities to help reduce cost and drive member outcomes! • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for relevant products/capabilities of the Artemis platform • Define the roadmap and scope of the capabilities, perform discovery, and prioritize based on the roadmap rubric, in partnership with other Product/UX team members. • Communicate progress against the roadmap and engage in prioritization discussions with customers and internal stakeholders. • Conceptualize, prioritize, and write succinct product requirements (one-pagers, epics, user stories), related KPIs, and associated success / acceptance criteria. • Perform quarterly planning, define success criterion and sprint planning, in collaboration with your team’s tech lead and by engaging with the team. • Evangelize and train customers and internal teams on capabilities and new releases. • Proactive partnership with the engineering team on building scalable product capabilities and delivering predictable, high-quality product releases. • Continue to refine roadmap priorities and product scope based on feedback from customers and internal stakeholders. • Perform utilization analytics and invest in user engagement to consistently aim for best-in-class buyer ROI and user delight • Partner with marketing to ensure messaging is consistent with product functionality and highlights distinctive value propositions through presentations and data sheets. • Develop healthcare domain expertise to deliver insights powered by algorithms, models and metrics, that enable our clients to take actions to reduce cost and improve the health of their members.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working in a SaaS product development, including agile / scrum • 6+ year of experience as a product owner, with expertise in creating wireframes, writing requirements (epics, stories, acceptance criterion), user-acceptance testing, documentation and training • Experience working in data analytics domain • Experience working in a platform product environment • Preferable experience working in Healthcare • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to deliver on commitments • Results driven with great communication and collaboration skills • Self-starter who is willing to go above and beyond
