📋 Description

• Providing ongoing operational support for complex web applications operating on the portal platform and available for on-call rotation • Solving complex problems in a timely and accurate manner through proactive troubleshooting, automation and systems programming. • Analyzing and resolving performance issues and updating stakeholders via the JIRA service desk ticketing application • Developing proactive monitoring, alerting, and log analysis systems in production and lab environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent • Demonstrate expertise in public cloud platforms and hybrid on-premises architectures with established record of operational excellence. • Demonstrate proficiency in infrastructure as code utilizing Terraform, Ansible, or comparable automation tools as a critical requirement. • Excel in creating, overseeing, and refining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, or comparable DevOps platforms effectively and efficiently. • Manage Linux systems by performing installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance tasks, and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and functionality. • Utilize orchestration tools to automate deployment, scaling, and configuration management effectively across multiple environments with practical expertise. • Demonstrate expertise in scripting with Python, Perl, or Bash and log analysis using Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
