📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end research across the product lifecycle from early discovery through post-launch evaluation • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research using interviews, usability studies, surveys, and analytics • Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap decisions and improve customer outcomes • Research highly technical workflows involving content delivery, cloud infrastructure, automation, and edge computing • Build relationships with developers, engineers, and architects to understand how they operate internet applications • Translate research findings into insights, journeys, and recommendations that drive strategic product decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree • Demonstrated success influencing product strategy through rigorous customer research • Experience with complex enterprise software, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure • Expert qualitative and quantitative research methods skills throughout the product development lifecycle • Knowledge of content delivery networks, networking, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity domains, or developer tooling • Solid communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders across product, engineering, and design
