📋 Description

• Working with management and architects to shape test strategies to meet the business needs. • Working with Business Analysts, developers and creating test plans and test cases for new requirements/change requests/projects. • Driving and effectively execute the team's roadmap; dissect high- level requirements into quantifiable test plans and give accurate estimates. • Designing and developing and execute test suites for diverse types of testing including database, API, integration, and performance with traceability. • Designing And execute Integration testing across platforms and applications using techniques like python automation, batch processing, shell scripting etc.

🎯 Requirements

• Hold B. Tech or MCA (or equivalent) with 1-3 experience in QA. Showcase expertise in SDLC, QA processes, and methodologies. • Gain practical expertise testing cloud ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, Oracle Financials, Salesforce) through functional, API, and integration validation. • Develop and analyze advanced SQL queries while utilizing test management tools, including practical experience with platforms like JIRA or ALM. • Demonstrate expertise in creating and enhancing automated testing frameworks using Python. • Investigate issues via log analysis, root-cause debugging, and quality improvements. Utilize Jenkins, Git, and Unix/Linux commands effectively. • Possess the ability to envision features comprehensively, demonstrate exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
