📋 Description

• Being the main focal point for all Guardicore related issues from the customer perspective. • Assisting with deployments, expansions, transitions etc. of the Guardicore platform. • Providing best practice guidance by recommending policies and features to configure and use. • Aggregating support issues and work them out with Guardicore’s technical teams and the customer. • Raising product related issues that should be looked at by Guardicore’s Product team.

🎯 Requirements

• Have proven experience of B2B SaaS customer success or technical account management. • Have deep hands-on experience with advanced Linux administration. • Have experience with automation with Chef/Puppet/Salt/Ansible/etc. • Have thorough understanding of network and security protocols and troubleshooting on network devices and OSs. • Have an understanding of managing, monitoring and troubleshooting complex distributed applications. • Be familiar with VMWare networking and VSphere • Have proficiency level in English and German both written and spoken - Any additional language are an advantage.
