📋 Description

• Travel to customer locations for preventive maintenance, upgrades, and repairs • Identify and isolate instrument malfunctions • Diagnose and perform root cause analysis of electronic equipment failures • Ensure customer and service instruments are in good working order • Manage own travel arrangements and communicate with customers • Document service reports and update work orders in ERP system • Provide feedback to engineering teams on product performance • Act as the face of the business to the customer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Electronics • 5-7 years related experience with associate’s degree in Electronics • 8+ years of electronic device experience • Experience in troubleshooting and repair of electronic/electro-mechanical assemblies of medical devices or instruments • Basic financial management skills • Willingness to travel extensively • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Skilled in using standard electronics tools such as DMM and DVM • Physical ability to lift to 65 lbs.
