📋 Description

• Developing relevant reporting documentation to assist business leaders in financial management • Evaluate financial issues and data. • Provide analysis and other support to various members of the management team • Prepare month end financial reporting, including performing variance analysis and providing commentary for significant variances • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages to be delivered to external third parties • Gather supporting documentation for significant variances • Support the annual planning process by working closely with teams across the business to gather and consolidate relevant information • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • Minimum three years of experience in accounting or finance roles with a background in corporate budgeting and consolidations • Knowledge of Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning budgeting systems and Workday reporting tools (e.g. OfficeConnect) • Strong competencies in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Detailed oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Resourceful and creative problem solver • Strong presentation skills • Ability to perform with minimum supervision and make decisions independently
