📋 Description

• Manage small to mid-sized projects • Support the Implementation Specialists on the team • Potentially own Implementations work distribution, process improvement and delivery • Provide project updates to executives • Lead client and software partner implementations • Provide client and partner facing recommendations for best integration solutions • Develop a broad and deep knowledge of the product set as well as back-end capabilities • Meet with new and existing clients to complete more complex implementations • Participate in solution definition with IT leads and external partners • Work with sales team throughout client information collection process • Work with platform tools to complete partner setup, build webpages and perform testing • Own test results to ensure issues are resolved prior to going live • Complete change requests forms on behalf of clients and maintain regular communication with clients to ensure proper awareness • Manage special projects or other assignments as defined by leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience • 2+ years of project management experience • Process improvement and/or people management experience • 2+ years’ technical implementations experience (SaaS Implementations preferred) • 1+ years client facing implementations with strong interaction skills • Experience with software partner integrations or payments experience highly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Proficient in case management for managing workflow, status reporting and client ticketing • Knowledge of JIRA, Scrum, and/or project management tools. • PMP, CAPM and/or Agile certification preferred
