• Lead and develop a team of Directors across your assigned region (West), setting clear performance standards and driving accountability to exceed revenue targets. • Collaborate closely with the SVP of Sales to create and execute strategic plans that strengthen North’s presence in key markets and industries. • Design and implement comprehensive training programs to equip Sales Professionals with the skills and strategies they need to succeed. • Serve as a key partner to the SVP of Sales in refining processes, identifying new growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment across all go-to-market teams. • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and innovation. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring North is positioned as the go-to partner for merchants. • Provide thought leadership and mentorship to your team—leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous learning and achievement.
• Must live within or near your assigned region (West). • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus. • Typically 10+ years of sales experience, including significant leadership experience managing multiple sales teams or territories. • Experience in SaaS, software, or payment processing is preferred. • A proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales organizations. • Strong ability to inspire and influence others, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
