📋 Description
• You’ll support clients and internal operations across a range of administrative, organizational, and process-driven work. • Client Support Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox organization • Support meetings with notes, action items, and follow-ups • Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com • Create SOPs, templates, and process documentation • Support light CRM updates, bookkeeping, and basic social media coordination • Adapt to each client’s style and communicate clearly with client teams • Internal Support Assist Northern Primrose leadership with admin, scheduling, and documentation • Keep internal tasks updated in ClickUp • Help improve internal processes and workflows • Participate in training and ongoing development
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in administration, operations, customer service, or similar work • Strong technical comfort and confidence in learning new systems • Remote work and multi-client experience are assets • ClickUp experience is a bonus • A business or administration certificate or diploma is helpful, but not required
