📋 Description

• Participate in cross-functional project teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives , learning development best practices while contributing to team deliverables. • Work with senior developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement technical solutions under guidance and code review. • Develop features and components that meet business requirements while learning best practices for Experience development through mentorship. • Create and maintain documentation for your work, including code comments and basic technical specifications , with support from senior team members. • Actively learn and grow your technical skills , seeking feedback and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions with the team. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, representing the Experience development team and organization positively.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (degree, diploma, or bootcamp certification) OR demonstrable self-taught skills with portfolio/projects • Foundational knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming concepts • Basic understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) • Eagerness to learn modern development frameworks and tools • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to ask questions • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively • Strong initiative and desire for continuous learning
