📋 Description

• Execute a proven sales system to consistently forge new partnerships with high-quality businesses • Strategic outreach via disciplined, daily outbound prospecting using data-rich intelligence packets • Make 20–30 targeted calls daily to achieve booking targets (statistically ~2 meetings/day) • Conduct structured qualification meetings to ensure clients have business potential and partnership mindset • Guide qualified prospects through multi-stage sales process and consultative closing • Facilitate deep-dive strategic audits with senior marketing team • Close high-value, long-term partnerships • Maintain CRM and follow systematic processes; act as guardian of company culture and focus • Collaborate remotely with internal teams (senior marketing) to deliver strategic value

🎯 Requirements

• Must be Thailand-based (100% Remote (Thailand-based)) • Proven top-tier sales/hunter experience (experienced level) • Resilience and functional indifference to rejection • Discipline for daily outbound prospecting (20–30 calls/day; ~25% of time) • Ability to book ~2 high-quality meetings per day through outbound • Peer-to-peer gravitas: ability to consult with and earn respect from founders/business owners • Consultative selling and closing skills across multi-stage sales processes • Structured qualification skills to filter for fit and partnership mindset • Systematic discipline: strong CRM hygiene and organized, detail-oriented work style • Instantaneous coachability: low ego and hunger for feedback
