📋 Description

• Advise clients on suitable and cost-effective measures for security risks • Bridge the gap between security and the business of the organisation • Make clients aware of governance responsibility and provide insight into the current situation • Present advice to the board and lead to decision-making and implementation of improvements • Act as strategic sparring partner to clients • Work on projects related to security management (ISO 27001), risk management, compliance (BSI Grundschutz, ISO 27001) and cyber security legislation (NIS2, DORA) • Conduct assessments, manage or contribute to implementations, and provide advisory roles • Collaborate regularly with experts from other Northwave teams • Ensure clients act on given advice and identify consultancy opportunities with a consultative selling mindset • Manage a small team of business consultants, monitor project pipelines and report to DACH management • Contribute to further development of services and find connections between processes, technology and people (Business, Bytes, Behaviour)

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree (e.g., business administration, business informatics, security management or similar) • Ideally additional qualifications (e.g., lead auditor) • Extensive professional experience in information security and risk management • Profound experience as a business consultant • Leadership experience preferred (manage a small team of business consultants) • Strong business insight and leadership skills • Hands-on experience on concepts and implementation • Independent and well-structured working style • Very good German and good English skills
