📋 Description
• Monitor the quality of SOC services and ensure alignment with IT security risks • Act as Northwave’s representative to customers and vice versa • Oversee multiple customers and ensure high-quality SOC monitoring • Provide monthly reports and lead service optimization discussions • Participate in new sales opportunities and support implementation projects
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant degree in IT, computer science, or IT management • Additional cybersecurity certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM) • Experience in IT management, project management, or similar roles • Good understanding of IT security and IT infrastructures • Independent and well-structured working style • Strong communication skills • Fluent in German and good command of English
