📋 Description

• Advise financial institutions on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters • Counsel financial service providers on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and distribution requirements, regulatory investigations, and other corporate matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Be a member in good standing of a Canadian bar; • Have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position in private practice; • Possess strong organizational skills; • Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to build excellent client relationships; • Have strong attention to detail; • Show a high level of intellectual curiosity and a willingness to take initiative; • Have excellent teamwork skills; • Demonstrate effective priority management and the ability to work well under pressure.
