• Provide project support, development, modification, maintenance and evaluation of software products. • Improve existing software products to add new features, performance enhancements and product usability. • Recommend changes to development, maintenance and system standards. • Develop and maintain web applications with Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask) and integrate with modern front-ends (React, Vue, etc.). • Design, implement and orchestrate end-to-end RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines: indexing, chunking, embeddings, vectors, reranking and monitoring. • Create and evolve intelligent chatbots and agents capable of interpreting context, executing tools and accessing internal data. • Build generative AI flows using LangGraph, LangChain, LangFuse, OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc. • Instrument metrics for latency, response quality, observability and a continuous improvement loop in AI pipelines. • Work with multidisciplinary teams (product, research, pedagogical content) to translate educational requirements into scalable and secure solutions. • Automate and optimize data pipelines, external integrations and asynchronous processing tasks. • Ensure best practices in architecture, testing, version control, security and AI governance.
• Strong command of Python and software architecture (APIs, distributed services, modularity, testing). • Proven experience building web applications and integrating front-ends with APIs. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI: embeddings, LLMs, tool functions, prompting and agents. • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, caching, queues and asynchronous pipelines. • Experience with Git, CI/CD and cloud environments. • Nice-to-haves: experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangFuse, Qdrant, Pinecone or similar technologies. • Experience building end-to-end RAG (indexing → querying → evaluation). • Experience with agent-oriented architectures. • Advanced full-stack development (React / Vue). • Previous experience in educational products, social impact or large-scale systems. • Experience monitoring LLM quality and A/B testing prompts.
