📋 Description

• Representing the region in our Global Go4Excellence team, ensuring harmonized rollout of Lean tools and methodology to support continuous improvement culture • Driving the entire manufacturing Strategy Deployment process alongside regional management teams, including execution and follow-up • Ensuring manufacturing sites engage in prioritized activities that drive continuous improvement based on site and regional priorities • Continuously improving standard Lean systems to meet evolving business needs • Identifying improvement areas and organizing/conducting improvement workshops in collaboration with site management teams • Assessing lean implementation and supporting local management to improve Lean maturity • Developing and maintaining Lean training materials for new employees and leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or above in scientific field • 6+ years of related experience in process manufacturing industry • Demonstrated comprehensive use of Lean principles with evidence of significant business impact • Strong organizational and visual management skills with ability to communicate with influence • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English • Collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
