📋 Description

• Ensure and guarantee the management of physical flows (incoming/outgoing/in-transit) throughout the logistics and production chain, focusing on efficiency, fluidity and cost-effectiveness while strictly respecting deadlines. • Ensure and coordinate logistics flows across the entire production and logistics chain. • Ensure the optimization and performance of the teams under their responsibility (warehouse handlers, forklift operators and distribution areas). • Ensure compliance with rules related to the movement of goods (information and documentation). • Ensure compliance with safety rules and the maintenance of the areas under their responsibility. • Supervise stock management activities (annual stock inventories, cycle counts, stock control, etc.). • Communicate with all stakeholders in the production chain to guarantee flow continuity and deadline compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Manage a multidisciplinary team. • Ability to anticipate and plan various activities. • CACES license (Certificate of Aptitude for Safe Driving) or internal authorization — levels 1 and 3 are a plus. • Proficient with IT tools: SAP, TMS, Microsoft Office (Pack Office). • Good interpersonal skills. • Meticulous and rigorous. • Proactive and able to propose improvements. • Able to take a strategic overview. • Able to handle multiple flows and competing priorities.
