📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between business, technology, and operations teams, gaining a deep understanding of the needs of the LTL transportation market. • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives. • Lead release planning and the product roadmap, establishing continuous delivery of value. • Coordinate development teams, ensuring high-quality deliveries within established deadlines. • Conduct requirements analysis, assess changes, and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare the product for launch, including testing, validation, and necessary training. • Monitor success metrics, collect feedback, and propose continuous product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or in product-related roles; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Experience defining and prioritizing backlog, driving roadmaps, and working with multidisciplinary teams; • Clear communication skills, cross-functional alignment, and decisive decision-making; • Ability to analyze metrics, interpret data, and translate insights into actions. • Nice to have: • Knowledge of shippers, transportation, logistics, risk management, or insurance sectors. • Experience with Azure DevOps; • Previous experience building digital products from scratch.
