📋 Description

• Advising and managing complex client projects in the SAP environment is part of your daily work — always with a focus on sustainable results and client satisfaction • You take responsibility for FI and/or CO subprojects in national and international S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid) • You develop processes, functional specifications and templates in Finance & Controlling based on best and industry practices and drive their continuous improvement • You confidently lead client workshops, identify optimization opportunities, support strategic finance decisions and implement customizing in the SAP system • Functional leadership and presales support are part of your remit, as is actively contributing to the further development of our consulting portfolio • You contribute innovative ideas for AI-supported and automated finance processes and ensure end-to-end integration of finance, controlling and logistics processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in (business) computer science, business administration (BWL) or a comparable field • At least 6 years of SAP project experience with a focus on Finance (FI) and/or Controlling (CO) • Deep knowledge of integration with logistics (MM, SD, PP) • Experience with S/4HANA — ideally in S/4HANA implementation projects — with knowledge of the core scope items in your FI and/or CO area • Strong communication and consulting skills; confident in client-facing situations • Native-level German or C1-level German is mandatory; very good written and spoken English • Experience with AI, AI tools, analytics or predictive accounting is an advantage • Team player, self-motivated, analytical and results-oriented
