📋 Description

• Connect with new and prospective clients through outreach and follow-ups • Learn about each client’s financial goals and challenges • Present solutions that align with clients’ needs and objectives • Assist clients through onboarding and product setup • Maintain detailed client information and activity logs in CRM tools • Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins and service updates

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • College degree preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Proactive, client-focused attitude with strong attention to detail • Previous experience in customer service, account support, or sales is a plus
