📋 Description

• Support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis • Build and maintain financial models to inform decision-making and track KPIs • Assist with long-term scenario modeling and M&A financial analysis • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership • Help implement and improve planning systems and dashboards (Adaptive, Pigment, etc.) • Report to the Director of FP&A and collaborate across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical finance roles • Strong modeling, analytical, and Excel skills • Experience with planning systems a plus (Adaptive, Pigment, etc.) • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail • Familiarity with healthcare, health systems, or pharmacy industries is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required • MBA or CFA progress a plus • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and collaborating across teams
