📋 Description
• Responsible for the technical delivery both as a project lead and technical resource with minimal supervision while completing assignments that require independent judgement and evaluation. • Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors and other project team members. • Lead and maintain commissioning schedules including daily standup, 3-week look ahead and project specific resource loading. • Lead and organize the quality control and electrical testing teams on Mission Critical projects. • Manage the logistics for resource needs including staffing and test equipment specific to the project. • Facilitate issue resolution of testing failures.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in medium and low-voltage electrical systems. • Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential. • Experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems. • Able to work as part of a team, think creatively, and problem solve. • Willingness to travel 75%+ as national level projects dictate. • Considered a Plus: Journeyman / Master Electrician • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology • Commissioning Certification
