📋 Description

• Responsible for project planning and for managing schedules and budgets to complete work on time and within budget. • Self-perform and train staff on complex tasks, new systems, and new services. • Maintain positive client relationships and facilitate the exchange of project-related information through regular verbal and written communication. • Review all correspondence prior to issuance. • Assist in preparing accurate monthly billings. • Work independently with minimal direction. • Contribute to the hiring requisition process by assisting with requisition development, participating in interviews and candidate selection. • Manage performance reviews for direct reports. • Support business development for new and existing clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate from an engineering curriculum accredited by the Accreditation for Engineering and Technology (A.E.T.) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering. • Minimum of ten (10) years’ progressive experience in commissioning and/or retro-commissioning, managing projects independently. • Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and securing new opportunities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Must be knowledgeable in the operation of a computer and MS Office Software Suite. • Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Willingness to travel nationally as needed. • Knowledge and experience with cloud-based Cx Software (CxAlloy preferred)
