📋 Description
• Configure and deploy Cityworks and Trimble Unity applications • Support system administration, data migration (ETL), and integration with enterprise GIS (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online) • Recommend improvements based on system assessments and user feedback • Troubleshoot solution issues and support users throughout implementation • Execute test plans and ensure quality • Develop user guides, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures • Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure successful solution delivery • Present technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences • Lead training sessions for administrators and end users
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 4+ years in GIS/IT solution delivery and enterprise integration • 2+ years of directly supporting or implementing Cityworks solutions • Strong understanding of the Cityworks database and configuration methods • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong written and verbal communication • Familiarity with Esri's ArcGIS platform and geodatabase concepts.
