📋 Description

• Own the full product program, focusing on comprehensive cross-functional schedules • Establish and implement sound execution strategies • Continuously assess program risks and mitigation plans • Review upstream plan-of-record changes and drive program strategy • Own the program plan of record and document strategy changes and decision rationale • Drive understanding of the product life cycle, phase and achievement criteria, and cross-functional interdependencies • Coordinate collaboration among architects, engineering, Hardware, Software, Firmware, Operations, Product Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams • Lead project staff meetings to prioritize issues and roadblocks, summarize concerns and resolution plans, and report program status • Implement after-action reviews from previous generations into the current program • Update program dashboards, rosters, and frameworks to scale organizational communication • Lead execution initiatives for next-generation purpose-built AI supercomputers on the Applied Systems team • Scale program execution through data-driven workflows and AI-enabled tools for program visibility, dependency tracking, risk analysis, and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field • 8+ years of technical program management experience • Strong experience in product development • Proven leadership and communication skills • Ability to influence without authority • Ability to use data, AI-enabled tools, and structured communication to drive alignment • Ability to identify and balance decision makers and influencers • Ability to define strategy and map a plan backwards step-by-step • Ownership of program results and understanding of program performance across generations • Ability to define owners, measurable actions, and critical dates for deliverables • Ability to link strategy to impact and project outcomes • Logical approach to assessing schedule, resource, and performance risk • Experience planning programs that lead to successful results • Experience with internal cross-organizational decision-making and external customer interaction • Ability to establish trust and credibility with internal team members • Ability to assemble the right meeting participants and clarify roles
