• Act on behalf of NWADV as part of the team handling enforcement of court‑awarded attorneys' fees, managing cases from all Brazilian states; • Process court publications, schedule deadlines in the case management system, analyze files, prepare reports and meet deadlines; • Update calculations and subsequently contact opposing counsel with the aim of resolving the dispute by agreement; • Draft defenses, appeals and various pleadings; • Handle Credit Recovery actions: enforcement (execution), monitory proceedings and collection; • Advance the case to obtain payment of the debt (request SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, SNIPER, etc.); • Conduct post‑judgment enforcement proceedings, prepare and contest calculations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of active OAB/SP registration; • Experience in high‑volume litigation firms; • Proficiency in credit/debt recovery proceedings; • Skill in the enforcement phase (post‑judgment execution), including preparing and challenging calculations, handling guarantees and filing objections; • Proficient with the full Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel skills preferred; • Ability to draft defenses, appeals and various pleadings; • Demonstrated expertise in post‑judgment enforcement and the preparation and contestation of calculations.
