📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day assistance to the Head of Investor Relations, including scheduling meetings and coordinating calls • Partner with the Head of Investor Relations to organize and facilitate weekly fundraising meetings • Manage travel logistics and remain on-call during travel periods to address inquiries • Conduct desktop research and utilize IR software tools to identify potential investors and build target lists • Maintain and update the firm’s CRM by logging client interactions and capturing detailed meeting notes • Join client calls (prospective and existing investors) to take notes and track follow-up actions • Take ownership of the firm’s mailing database and assist in drafting and managing investor communications such as newsletters and event invitations • Support updates to investor presentations, data room materials, and other documents as required • Monitor and respond to inquiries via the investor relations email inbox • Provide assistance in investor onboarding tasks, including working with Legal and Compliance on documentation and KYC/AML requirements • Oversee file management and ensure accurate document organization • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to support the team’s objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience • Background in financial services, preferably investor relations or front-office funds management • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel preferred) • Familiarity with CRM systems (Affinity or similar) • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar) • Excellent command of written and spoken English • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple time zones • Service-oriented, resourceful, solutions-driven, proactive with a strong sense of urgency
