• Collaborate with business users to collect, analyze, and document functional requirements for Workday Financials • Design and configure Workday Financial modules including Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Cash Management • Participate in full-cycle Workday implementations, including testing, data conversion, UAT, and go-live support • Recommend improvements to financial workflows and reporting using Workday best practices and automation capabilities • Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and provide post-implementation support • Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Workday Financials and other enterprise systems • Ensure financial systems meet regulatory requirements and support business intelligence through custom reporting and dashboards
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials, including at least 2+ full-cycle implementations • Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration and business process setup • Workday Financials certification is required • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and collaborate with technical teams
